We planted Indian corn, beans, and squash in most of this garden. The last 20 feet or so I planted with flower seeds today.

We mowed the field pea cover crop. We left a small patch just so we can see what it does.

We're moving the potato patch back where it was a few years ago- crop rotation! I've been wanting to plow it since March. It's finally drying up a little this week. Hopefully the grass and weeds die off quickly.

It's barely dry enough, but we started plowing gardens.

It stopped raining long enough we could get the yard mowed and some trees trimmed.

We filled up our containers and had to make a second trip.

Today seems to have been the prime day for sap production. We got quite a lot and filled the 4 new 7 gallon containers we bought, and then some.

Today we got about as much sap as yesterday. We're running out of stuff to store it into. We also got a tractor out, with brand new chains for the back tires.
