For my tech project class, my group decided to make an ergonomic screwdriver which turns when you press down rather than use a button.  I designed a few handle variations based on a study we found, which used the far left one.  I made some changes and am liking the far right handle.

My son made a fire truck for our CAD class.  It turned out pretty nice.
