I went out and bought six sacks for the potatoes.  Eight would have been better so we didn't fill them up so much.  They're around 90 pounds when full.

We dug up the potatoes today.  We got 600 pounds, after already digging up about 200-250 pounds throughout the summer.  They're nice this year- good sizes and no grub damage.
