When we went to the greenhouse we planned to get my son a lemon tree.  He didn't know it.  We were there for about one minute before he comes back to me excited because they have lemon trees.  He got to pick it out himself.  Now we'll see if we can get it to have lemons.

I saw this little train after a job interview today.  It looked in bad shape but was moving some cars.

I was woke up by a storm rolling through with hard wind and rain for a little while.  This is the end of the storm.  This storm had a lot of bad tornadoes in other states so I won't complain about what we got.

We went on a family Christmas shopping trip.  This is a garden center near where I went to school.  They had a lot of pretty decorations for sale.

We put up the Christmas tree today.

This weekend is the toy donation drive where we can drive through the blimp hanger.  Donations were put in the trunk and they opened it to retrieve the toys.  I ended up at the front of a pack while the car was unloaded so got an empty view of the drive past the blimp while waiting.

With the leaves gone we get to see all the nests which were hidden.

We have three pin oaks in our back yard.  One (in the back right of the photo) has lost every leaf.  The other two look like this, with plenty of leaves still clinging to the tree.
