My oldest has a small drone with a camera. He's got some learning to do to get the camera pointing where he wants, without the drone flying into a tree.

Today was the school's art show. Both kids had work there. My daughter had two pictures (one of hers is the bottom right- a cat with green eyes). My son had all three of the projects on the table.- a folding stool, the horseshoe butterfly, and wooden toaster tongs.

My husband bought a literal ton of metal from an auction for $10. It's a belt sander, which would be nice for my wood carvings if we can get it going. I think the biggest issue is that the motor needs more electric than what our residential home can get.

Our apple trees are covered in blooms. I haven't seen honeybees, but there were some bumblebees buzzing around the blossoms, and a hummingbird.

My son made this in his shop class, using horseshoes, a railroad spike, and some metal he found around the classroom. I found a paint that changes color depending on how the light hits it. It has orange/purple/teal colors, and I think looks pretty neat on a butterfly.

My daughter finished her project and took it to school and back already. I guess the teacher liked it, though we haven't heard a grade yet.

My son mowed the yard and stirred up a couple baby bunnies. We haven't found the nest, just two bunnies 'hiding' in the grass and dirt.

My daughter has a science project due this week. We cut the design out of wood and she's coloring it in and labeling it.
