My apple peeler broke, so my husband attached it to some aluminum to fix it.  Now, it can't clamp to my bar, so I'll have to peel apples with a vice in the garage.

We went to the high school stadium today to see a group of army parachutists land on the field.  The entire school system was there, all grade levels were bused in from around town.  The school superintendent made a tandem jump with one of them.  Then they talked a bit about serving.  It was an interesting event to attend.
