We got the games moved downstairs today. I had to wait until he was done to see how to label this picture. It became: How my foyer floor got gouges in it. But, there's more room in the garage now.

My husband has been running electric in the basement for the arcade machines. They need to be moved out of the garage so we can get a car or two in there this winter.

We took some family photos for Thanksgiving today. Luckily the weather was nice so we could take them outside.

I got some photo lights for pretty cheap. They aren't as bright as I'd like, but will work very well for some non-animate pictures I take. They'll reduce shadows a bit for portraits too, but think I'll still have to use my large flash light as well.

We secretly ordered what he wanted for his birthday. He was surprised to get it today, as we told him he had to save his birthday money to get it since it was expensive.

We worked on firewood today. We got the slab wood sawed, and all but the last load stacked near the house. It gets dark early now, making it hard to finish outdoor projects.

My husband shuffled stuff around today. The Galaxie is now in the corner under the steps, and the camper is in the barn too.

Missing: Thanksgiving
Christmas stuff starts showing up in stores earlier every year, and there seems to be less Thanksgiving items. Here it is, early November, and on one side of the aisle is clearance Halloween, and on the other side is Christmas. More stores are staying open on the holiday, making Thanksgiving just a speed bump on the way to Christmas.
