I was looking at our fruit trees.  This peach looks like it will be the first to bloom.  This last week everything suddenly started growing quickly, it feels like spring is actually here now.

One of the underground drain tiles was broke and had washed out a hole in the ground.  We replaced the broken part and filled it back in.

A section of the back line fence has rusted apart.  The T-posts rusted off about a foot above ground, then broke off, leaving a very rusty, pointy stake that could be easily stepped on.  So we're taking it out before one of us does that, and the township trash pickup is next weekend so now is the time.  We also found out the people behind us are lumbering out their woods, so it looks strange back there with all the empty space.  I'm hoping they don't cut down the two big trees by our big rock.

We were outside when I heard a rumble.  A few minutes later we saw this balloon.  I don't think I've ever seen one at this time of the year.  It floated slowly just above the trees, and at every clearing he'd go down like he was going to land, but then suddenly we'd hear the rumble of the propane and the balloon would shoot back up and go over the next set of trees.  We watched him slowly float northeast, up and down, I have no idea where he finally touched down.
