We picked the corn and froze it today. It took 3 adults and 3 kids 5 hours to get it all done. But that's it, all of the corn is done now.

My attempt at a pretty castle cake for my daughter. I knew before I started there'd be no way it's going to look like the box. What I didn't expect was that it would need two two layer cakes (4 boxes of cake mix!).

I made kosher dill pickles today. But they have to sit for a month before they're done, so it'll be a while before I find out if they're any good.
