I spent much of the day digging, cutting, and pulling out weeds.   We took the dirt out to the road to fill in some holes.

Apple blossom.  They bloomed right after the last snow.  I don't know if they got frost or not, so it will be a surprise this summer to see if we get any fruit.  It would be the first year for the trees if we do.  It's taken quite a while for the trees to grow big enough to have apples.

He saw some big rocks back by the fence the other day. Today he went and got two. I don't know if they are rocks we came across while building the house/ gardening, or if they were there already from when this was a farmer's field. He got it to the house, backed it so it was above where we wanted it in the mulch, and managed to get it off the forks... then I made him rotate it 180 degrees so it would look better. Now to find flowers or plants of some sort that will look really nice around it.
